Dear Susana,
I would like to say that we were very pleased and impressed by the service you gave our family during our recent visit to Madeira. We were not the easiest customers as we arrived in a party of 9 with a child in a wheelchair and extra baggage comprising a large case of medical supplies and two oxygen tanks.
Then we returned in two groups, 7 on 22nd December and 2 on 5th January. All the transfers were dealt with speedily and efficiently and the drivers were extremely helpful and pleasant.
We will certainly use your firm again when we return to Madeira.
